      Flexible, streamlined workflow Reasonable and fair management, once you agree to the initial terms, which are poor. I noticed an attempt to establish culture, but they didn't establish leadership first

      Low pay for writers Contract-work Requires a noncompete agreement. Really? Incentives reward mediocrity, not quality articles The work is highly impersonal, for the sake of efficiency

      Pros

      Perks are AMAZING! They have an awesome culture too and you get to be a part of the solution not just told what to do. They have always been super flexible and understanding and give you lots of autonomy to work. They really want you to act like an owner! Love this place!!

      Cons

      Fully 100% remote so only get to see everyone like once or twice a year! Would love to see everyone more! When we do get together we have a blast!!

      Pros

      Always fun, great team culture, flexible with vacations or working remotely. Work is always different and entertaining. It's honestly the best company I've worked for. I love the fact that we all try to bond with one another. Pear Analytics has become part of my family and friends!

      Cons

      We have been working on improving internal communication and I can already see the change within the team.
