They have a strong range of clients in every sector and plenty of work going on. Fantastic commission structure as well which is black and white. If you are highly motivated to succeed and enjoy having a laugh you will do very well here. Plenty of events throughout the year as well. Pearl has an excellent reputation in the market and you will not regret if you join! Being a boutique agency you will feel part of the family and treated right, unlike the bigger agencies and plenty of career progression available here. They also have extremely low turnover due to their great culture. Dan the manager is a legend.
