Pros

PF recently moved to Borough High Street with newly refurbed offices that come with all the mod cons including Sonos speakers to play those spotify playlists throughout the day. Being in the heart of the city transport links are plentiful and food and drinks options are on your doorstep. Whilst in the client facing team we enjoyed double digit growth, which allowed the owners to invest in the product and plenty of social events which were a great opportunity to let your hair down! Work wise, it's very much a younger vibe, although there are a few old timers with babies these days! It's certainly a work hard play hard atmosphere but rewarding all the same. It's a fast paced environment and if you're prepared to role up your sleeves and accept change fairly regularly this is a great platform to spring board your career to the next step. It's weird to think that the data and insights they provide help the likes of Real Madrid, PSG, WWF, NFL, Satchi & Saatchi , Havas and Oracle secure new business year on year - not bad for a small company in Borough!

Cons

They don't have the best perks like Google and Facebook however getting full hospitality to the NFL at Wembley, the darts at Alexandra Palace or going to the ATP Finals at the O2 kind of make up for it (thanks to the great list of clients!)

Pros

Great management who are always available to help and genuinely listen to ideas that support business growth. This is an excellent place to work for an entry-level sales role, with strong support to help you develop valuable sales skills. There is no micromanagement—you’re given the freedom to use your own selling skills and approach. The team is very sociable and supportive, and the hiring managers do a great job of selecting the right people.

Cons

Benefits could be better - that being said there is an office gym!
