No cons at all for Peaxy.

This is one of the best teams I've worked with. People work together well and you feel like you're part of something. It's a young company with interesting ideas. Everyone is interested in doing great work. Egos are checked at the door. The work is interesting.

For some people it would be a con: sometimes things change quite quickly and you need to be adaptable. For some people, that's a plus.
