Pros
- Great place to work if your preference is working for small companies. In fact, executive management is actively working to make the company as small (“lean”) as possible.
- Great place to work if you enjoy big challenges, especially with “constrained” resources.
- Great place to work if you prefer to not be burdened by an abundance of top-down flow of information.
- No others to mention.
Cons
- Primarily, you can absolutely believe every other “Con” in these reviews. It’s truly become abysmal.
- An obvious lack of understanding of loyalty and workforce dynamics on the part of the CEO/CFO/COO (yes, all power has somehow been consolidated by one individual.)
- Under current management, there is perpetual and deafening silence from the top down. This was a very obvious change in management methodology when current management ascended into their positions in late 2016. Remember – this is a small company, not a large multi-national.
- If you’re in the unfortunate position of interviewing for a job, ask the tough questions. Ask about the company's challenges throughout 2017, and the resulting contraction in early 2018. Ask about the additional attrition resulting from that contraction. Ask if the position was created by growth, or is for backfilling a voluntary departure. And most importantly, ask about the company’s long term plan for survival.
