Pros

Nice salary for people in third world countries, bad salarial package in america.

Cons

Some leaders dont understand the values of the company. My former boss fired me because according to "her/him" I didnt shine enough in a meeting when I was attending without any knowledge of the company and being almost new... what this person was expecting me to say or participate if I barely knew about the team? I was unfortunately totally lost in that place and learning about the company my own since this boss was far away from me and I didnt receive the right training or attention due to the geo zone. Im also wondering if the shine this person mentioned means I was not be there for drinking with the leaders the entire week... what a bad example from those directors drinking every nite until get totally wasted ... are those the values of the company? In the other hand the comment from this person was "the company never fired people unless that employee dont do anything.." and then with a comment after the retreat saying you are not good enough and after begging this person for an opportunity and talking to the HRBP about the situation (who didnt do anything related to my concern as a worker) I was suddenly fired with the excuse I didnt achieve the goal? No Pip for me, not a second chance, my team devastated and I ended up with the therapist since is the first time in my entire life someone tells me I was not goog enough as a worker.. Fortunately my partners back in this country think opposite because they saw my results, my team is feeling depressed and alone and Im thinking this "boss" (because is not a leader) didnt have enough tools for managing people, for understand culture, for being empathic and comprehensive... thats totally againts the culture and values you mentioned when I was hired. I used to be top performer in my other jobs and after VG my confidence is broken because of a bad boss without experience treated me horrible. Mentioned one day we must be bold, the day when I did take the risk to find different ways to solve my issues since this person was in a different geo was a total problem, I was fustrating her/him and creating chaos in the team because I was looking answers by my own... I was trying to take the initiative in order to be efficient and work according to my requests...

Pros

The company has been through a lot, and some of the older feedback seems tied to past chapters of the business. Right now, there is a clear push to move forward, especially in sales. The focus is on outbound, clearer territories, stronger partnerships, and getting the Pebl brand into the market after the rebrand. The EOR space is very competitive, but it is also a strong market to be in. Pebl has a good product, a strong reputation in the category, and a real opportunity to keep growing. The company is also putting meaningful energy behind technology and AI, which matters in an industry where a lot of providers can start to sound the same. This is a good environment for people who are self-starters. If you like having everything fully mapped out for you, it may be frustrating. But if you are comfortable with some ambiguity and want to have a hand in shaping how things get done, there is a lot of room to make an impact.

Cons

Some processes are still being figured out, and priorities can shift. That can make things feel messy at times. There can also be too many opinions in the room, which occasionally creates a lack of focus. The company has good ideas, but not every idea needs to become a priority. This is also not a clock-in, clock-out environment. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and people need to be comfortable with change. That is not a negative for everyone, but it is worth knowing before joining.

Pros

- Teams are incredibly dedicated, collaborative, and always willing to support one another through challenging transitions. - Strong focus on actively listening to and advocating for customers' needs at the team level.

Cons

- Executive leadership frequently dismisses employee concerns during all-hands calls and relies on empty promises to manage morale. - The company has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs with zero internal communication or accountability. Employees often only discover colleagues have been let go when they suddenly disappear from communication channels. - Following major organizational shifts, leadership failed to re-align priorities. This created an environment devoid of unified goals, leading to silos and internal division. - Despite the chaotic environment, the frontline employees work incredibly hard but receive little to no recognition or support from upper management.
