      You get to work with babies.

      Cons

      -Low pay -Sometimes you don’t get enough hours -Constantly work weekends -Low pay -No room for growth in the company -Regional managers are somewhat incompetent, to the point where you have to help them figure stuff out. -Repetitive work everyday and it becomes very boring

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
