Pros

Their cause is a noble and crucial one.

Cons

Unfortunately they have a lot of discrimination issues still within the organization which they say is not an issue, but it is. They are severely antisemitic and they lack respect for those with a history of marginalization, slavery, mass murder, and discrimination. Leadership often abuse their power over those they control. The naivety and the lack of respect for people of different backgrounds have made the culture quite a cruel one.

Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

The organization is plagued by constant restructuring, a high and growing turnover rate, and a leadership team that fosters a toxic and adversarial culture. Salary discussions are off the table, and terminations often seem influenced by personal bias rather than merit. I would not recommend this as a workplace now or in the near future. Once a reputable organization, it now prioritizes executive compensation over mission-driven work, operating more like a for-profit entity under the guise of a non-profit.
