Pros

the only pro is the company pays for cps training and certification up front and they pay for your hotel wherever you have to stay but i had to stay 3 hours away. they don't pay for your gas or your food during training and it was two weeks of training but it was realy three because there was a week off in between the two weeks. andother good thing was my supervisor was nice and he would always answer my questions when he could but alot of times he didn't know answers to alot of stuff.

Cons

you don't get paid during training only after you start working for peerstar and it takes a realy long time to get peers to start working and sometimes you only get maybe 3 or 5 hours a week when you start. peers also cancel alot so even if you have 30 hours a week you can end up down to like 15 depending on if people cancel and don't want to make up there hours. alot of people don't stay because there aren't enough hours to know that you will get and you only get the $12 if you are with peers.

Cons

Management is awful, new company doesn’t even get to know you and what your job duties were in the past. It’s all about the money now
