Pros

Well thought out reporting structures and policies and procedures

Cons

In order to be successful you need to live to work. Twelve - fourteen hour days will be the norm Monday through Friday. You will have to use your Saturdays and Sundays as well just to keep up. Executive Vice President is very smart but will belittle you, and keep you in a constant state of fear for your continued employment. Over the past year, at least 8 regionals have come and gone.

We are so disappointed to read your review, as we take great pride in being one of the top companies to work for in multi-family. As part of our culture we are hyper-focused on ensuring that our associates have a healthy work/life balance, which is evidenced through our generous PTO program of 21+ days per year, as well as our phenomenal sabbatical program of 4-weeks after a short 7 years. Because we are a sales organization, we do work very hard every day to guarantee that we are providing an exceptional work experience for our associates, as well as a phenomenal management experience for our clients. At times, the inherent demand to balance those two sides can be very challenging to a handful of associates. We are proud that our below-industry turnover coupled with our continued in-house promotions consistently attract and retain best-in-class associates to our organization.

Pros

- Use of (Maintenance app) helps stay organized - I started two months ago and already I feel my opinion is extremely respected by Property Manager and Regional Manager - Encouraged to learn. Do thing the right way instead of cutting corners. - Easy access to Company Policy. Never an unanswered question I'm genuinely happy at this job. I found purpose in my days that I had lost in my previous career.

Cons

Genuinely, I dont have any specific cons at this moment regarding Pegasus. Maybe implementing more security cameras but thats more of a property issue than company.

Pros

-Competitive compensation structure -Strong and comprehensive benefits package -High-quality training and development opportunities that support professional growth

Cons

-Limited support, recognition, and appreciation from leadership -Minimal engagement and visibility from upper management -Lack of work-life balance -While the company often highlights initiatives in other regions (e.g., events, team outings, and trips), there is a noticeable inconsistency in employee experience, with some teams receiving very little beyond occasional team lunches
