As part of our culture we are hyper-focused on ensuring that our associates have a healthy work/life balance, which is evidenced through our generous PTO program of 21+ days per year, as well as our phenomenal sabbatical program of 4-weeks after a short 7 years. Because we are a sales organization, we do work very hard every day to guarantee that we are providing an exceptional work experience for our associates, as well as a phenomenal management experience for our clients. At times, the inherent demand to balance those two sides can be very challenging to a handful of associates.
