Pros

There are no pros! They pretend to be open to feedback and then fire or seek revenge on employees when it is given.

Cons

Micromanaging, abusive leaders that cause constant turn-over. One regional in particular has lost 5 managers in less than a year- add the maintenance team and leading staff he's run off and your looking at over 10 people!

Pros

- Use of (Maintenance app) helps stay organized - I started two months ago and already I feel my opinion is extremely respected by Property Manager and Regional Manager - Encouraged to learn. Do thing the right way instead of cutting corners. - Easy access to Company Policy. Never an unanswered question I'm genuinely happy at this job. I found purpose in my days that I had lost in my previous career.

Cons

Genuinely, I dont have any specific cons at this moment regarding Pegasus. Maybe implementing more security cameras but thats more of a property issue than company.

Cons

-Limited support, recognition, and appreciation from leadership -Minimal engagement and visibility from upper management -Lack of work-life balance -While the company often highlights initiatives in other regions (e.g., events, team outings, and trips), there is a noticeable inconsistency in employee experience, with some teams receiving very little beyond occasional team lunches
