Long hours, bad management, no work life balance, use the “Pegasus Way” as an excuse to exclude people who are not homogenous. Racist, non inclusive, high junior staff turnover, senior staff having affairs with each other and exposing their issues to fellow staff members, certain managers are narcissists. Pretoria office a poor cousin to Cape Town office. They say it’s the industry - they are categorically wrong. Senior staff take junior staff work and pretend they had something to do with creating it and present it at conferences, some of the senior staff have out of date qualifications and cannot mentor or train junior staff. It’s basically a teenage company with an attitude problem. No policies, no support. Pay is pathetic - I levelled down in order to escape quickly and was being paid double.
