A lot of shady stuff that happens behind the scenes. The owner forces you work 10+ hours EVERYDAY with no days off. He claims “it’s legal because you’re being paid overtime.” I witnessed him arguing him with a client and he told them that they are stupid in front of other clients. Seemed very unprofessional. And you only get paid once a month.
