Honestly abhor this company - Administrative Assistant Pelican Auto Finance Employee Review

I worked at this company for about nine months in an administrative role and I can only say it was exceptionally dismal. Actually creepy. They pride themselves on "teamwork", yet management appoints backstabbers to report your every move and every word you speak. The favoritism of a few - keep in mind this is a substantially small company - is beyond obvious and they can say or do nothing wrong. I was the victim of many lies spoken about me. I have been working for 30 years and have NEVER experienced anything of this nature. Of course I have held positions with less than optimal managers and co-workers. But they pale in comparison to those I interacted with at this company. The office evokes a sense of extreme paranoia and I would strongly urge an individual to proceed with caution if contemplating pursuing employment here.
