Pros

None - that i can think of - its a low paid job. I cannot think of anything good to say about this company. You can work flexible hours.

Cons

I had the misfortune to work for Pell and Bales a few weeks ago. They are a dreadful company. Training is awful and managers unpleasant and rude. They put you on calls without proper training and fail to supervise you. The work is dreadful, the pay poor and the environment unpleasant. Avoid this company.

Pros

Raising money for great charities was rewarding.

Cons

Being tethered to a phone for 8 hours at a stretch, for consecutive phone calls, while being constantly monitored and recorded by management, on a zero-hours contract, was stressful.
