Team members constantly move to new teams for development opportunities, which gives you a well-rounded perspective of the business. You are given a lot of responsibility on the product management team to make decisions and get buy-in from the appropriate stakeholders. It's refreshing to have a say in the business and be part of the business strategy. Work life balance is great and leaders are supportive of what you do. The culture is supportive, innovative and team members have a lot of passion for the company they work for.
Cons
It isn't necessarily a con, but there is a steep learning curve. It takes a long time to get onboarded and truly feel like you can contribute as a team member.
