Pros
I have always been fully encouraged to go after my interests at Pella. That could mean learning about or switching departments, organizing outreach, gathering other professionals, meeting with leaders to connect, etc. I not only enjoy what I do, but more importantly, who I work with.
Cons
Upper management occasionally seems to be out of touch with how their quick decision-making affects employees. It all works out in the end, but the communication process needs to be improved.
