Pros
Highly engaged and intelligent workforce. A culture of empowerment, autonomy, encouragement of innovation and passion for work. PSM takes very good care of staff, offering flexible working environment, family first policy, meritocratic reward system - rewarded for hard work and high performance, and strong emphasis on staff development.
Cons
Can be disorganised at times. Not a company for those who work best in command and control environments. PSM is a flat/matrix structure, does not work in silos. Best environment for those who have good self-organisation skills and can manage multiple demands at once.
