Learned a lot about the oil and gas industry and history through a training program. Also, learned a lot about the drilling side with WellView and some production.

Didn’t go that in depth of the different sides of the industry (production and operations).

Decent work life balance, fully remote.

Pay not competitive, weak pipeline, terrible management. Most of the good people have left in recent months. They treat their people like crap.
