- Focusing on the US only, it seems like senior management in the US is focusing mainly on the US and has limited experience managing foreign entities - communication can be improved. System changes or other important news are not distributed to all employees (some subsidiaries are not included) if distributed at all. I understand that internal information has been leaked in the past and that the company is cautious, but no communication at all is not a solution
