International HQ cut adrift - Manager Peloton Interactive Employee Review

The London International HQ has completely lost its purpose and culture which is so painful to see. Redundancies have impacted the teams over the last year, and now people are leaving because there's no sense of ownership over the work or sense of direction. The London office is empty far too often. UK Leadership mimics the US team's style which is cringe-worthy and lacks authenticity. The US teams are nice/fun to work with, but don't know how to properly collaborate with international teams. There are no company policies or real understanding of the basics (eg. out-of-hours meetings, working arrangements) and the responsibility is always on folks in non-US timezones to figure this out and play catchup. If you're based outside of the US, don't expect to have much career growth either, unfortunately. UK teams are almost always overlooked for promotions, based on the departments I've worked with, and more responsibilities get delegated to the NY HQ where more people are in working together in person.
