      A supportive, talented and understanding team. Freedom to explore ideas and take ownership of projects. Great exposure to a variety of different work, enjoyable office life

      At times priorities and decisions can shift quickly, but overall, not many significant downsides

      Decent clients and great colleagues

      Cons

      Leadership lacks transparency. Big decisions made without consulting staff. Habit of letting go international staff after promising sponsored visas and then not following through. Favouritism.
