      Pros

      Great paid. You get a car from level 37 and up. Personal loan 10000 to 20000 depending on your position and active years

      Cons

      The union rules everything. Just don´t mess with it and you´ll get along. Pretty dangerous if you´re working at a dispacht terminal or refinery. Organised crime and stuff.

      401k match and additional quarterly vests.

      Cons

      Process engineering group is very cliquey. The supervisors are close friends outside of work and have know each other before both of them joined Deer Park. The PTEs were there before Shell fully divested and think they are gods gift to process engineering. Your performance are assessed based on vibes and the supervisors will abuse the PIP process to get rid of anyone that they dislike.
