      PEP is the main company that manages oil and gas E&P in Mexico. They got comprehensive data and experience in all producing regions of Mexico.

      Cons

      Its a bit slow when it comes to decision making.

      401k match and additional quarterly vests.

      Cons

      Process engineering group is very cliquey. The supervisors are close friends outside of work and have know each other before both of them joined Deer Park. The PTEs were there before Shell fully divested and think they are gods gift to process engineering. Your performance are assessed based on vibes and the supervisors will abuse the PIP process to get rid of anyone that they dislike.
