The benefits are pretty good, pay isn't too bad for the area.
Cons
No matter which department you're in you could make more at another company. The problem is finding another company in the area. Management is usually not on the same page when it comes to policy so it results in a lot of confusion. Definitely not a great choice if you don't get along with people/customers.
