Pros

- Flexible job description and ability to grow depending on role (and current standing with leadership) - Decent benefits and overall work logistics flexibility for those not focused directly on production operations - Interesting science and products that actually do some good

Cons

- Cliquey and immature leadership culture that ruled by intimidation and public humiliation - A lot of thrash in key decision making that’s not focused on the science, but rather how to make a quick buck - Inadequate People Ops support (also due to interference from leadership) - Overall ignorance of how to run a sustainable business—along with an unwillingness to listen to more experienced opinions outside of the C-level leaders and advisors - Poor executive planning often leading to fire drills and unnecessary stress - Constant revolving door of mid to senior management and VP leadership roles due to bad hiring and/or differences of opinion with founders that could not be reconciled

Pros

Working at Pendulum was a very positive experience for me. I learned a lot during my time thanks to the strong support and guidance from my team. Expectations were always communicated clearly, which made it easy to stay on track and grow. The environment was collaborative and felt welcoming. I always felt comfortable asking questions and seeking help when I needed it.

Cons

One small con i found working here is that things tended to move quickly which felt a bit overwhelming at times. However, the strong support from the team helped to balance this out.

Pros

Everyone who love working overtime, this could be for you! You'll be working long hours from the day you join the company until the day you get fired if you haven't decided to quit!

Cons

The workload is unevenly distributed and some people like me, need to work overtime just to get things done when it's due. The reason for this is the blatant favoritism in the workplace where a few get special treatment form management! It's obviously unfair but management doesn't care! Complaints were treated like an attack to the company and these people filling complaints get sanctioned or terminated without any due process! Employees who witnessed this happen started to fear speaking up, destroying their morale.
