Pros
Really flexible working schedule in both the day to day (wfh options, etc) but also easy to take PTO, etc. Also lots of great co-workers, people are generally very understanding and want to work with you
Cons
While still some of the highest brackets in the industry, the industry at large does not have great pay. Certain titles have a harder time than others to move up brackets as there isn't as structured titles/upward mobility
