Pros
The extra benefits are really great (e.g. student loan repayment assistance, extensive vacation time, good health coverage).
Cons
The retention for POCs is really low and there aren't many POCs in executive positions to offer mentorship, either. They have a good D&I committee and they are certainly making an effort, but this is a very white industry and it can be challenging to be the only voice in a room.
