Pros

New building renovations, 401k match, new cafeteria.. at least when it comes to employee perks there is a lot to offer if you want to take advantage of them. The organization in many ways treats its employees better than most I have seen. Most people generally do not work past 5-530 and rarely more than 40 hours a week in the home office. This makes it very easy to set yourself apart if you want to put in a few extra hours a week and have a half decent professional pedigree.

Cons

Back office function groups are in dire need of a shakeup when it comes to middle management. There appear to be certain groups that have too many resources being used inefficiently and other groups that are neglected. Pretty antiquated financial systems and processes...exec team knows what changes need to be made but refuse to pull the trigger. Financial group is pretty provincial and at times dysfunctional to an almost shocking degree. If middle management was more cohesive and held accountable by executive team the company could make drastic improvements very quickly. Raises were very underwhelming in 2016.

Pros

Base salary is standard within the industry and the benefits package is strong. The annual bonus is a genuine differentiator in total compensation. The work itself offered real opportunities to build technical skills, particularly for those in data and analytics roles, with access to projects that should have a meaningful business impact.

Cons

Organizational restructuring has been a recurring theme, creating uncertainty around team stability and long-term role security. Communication from senior leadership during periods of change was inconsistent, making it difficult to plan or feel confident in the direction of the company. Employees may find themselves in limbo when priorities shift at the leadership level.
