      It is nice small town. The weather is also good. It is though a litter colder than the surrounding areas. New York city is only 4 hours of drive away.

      Cons

      Maybe too small a place. It is a typical college town.

      flexibility. I'm on a fellowship I won with a great advisor. It is not so good for others.

      An inherently liminal position with severely reduced benefits.
