Pros

The pay was pretty decent.

Cons

The supervisor had her favorites and even was best friends with two of my co-workers so, they of course had special treatment. One of her best friends somehow took over my position and I was moved to a different one. I was hired for one position, but my supervisor and manager would move me around to different positions, meanwhile everyone else in my specialty stayed in their same position. I was constantly called into the office for no good reason, but I didn't see anyone else being called in for the same stupid things. They enjoy picking on the nice people. I would never work for the medical group again, at least not at the hospital because all the specialties work together. I've never been so miserable at a job in my life.

Pros

Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

Cons

Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
