Run- turn around RUN - Patient Access Representative Penn State Health Employee Review

Management doesn’t listen until it blows up in their faces. The higher ups picked a revenue cycle that doesn’t work with anything else, it barely functions inside of itself. They’re losing $ because this system stinks! Now us, the peons are going to get punished even more because now our bonus ride off of patient experience. Doctors are not even on the same bonus level as everyone else. What incentive does that give them to do anything? So the already measly 1% bonus is gone. We are already under paid in the market and pay more for our insurance premiums. PTO accruals are also poor. Other than the name Penn State health is a 1 star employer in a Gucci Belt. Run- RUN!
