Pros

no higher education required small staff size quiet workplace easy to learn skills accommodating management pays well for the type of work and location

Cons

management takes too long to hire new staff while stretching current staff too thin. supervisor does not always respond to emails regarding PTO. work is repetitive and gets boring quickly. no upward mobility since this job doesn't require education.

Pros

Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

Cons

Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
