first time i worked there was in the late 80s as an experienced collector i made very good money and was able to leave and return many times each time making more money at the end they did hire trash and the company went downhill but most of my tenure i did extremely well i was able to buy several homes and cars
Cons
towards then end the employees they hired were sub-par to say the least and they trashed the building tearing the toilets off the walls for some odd reason
The facility was clean and well maintained. Staff- both coworkers and supervisors- were pleasant and professional. One trainer in particular, Mr. Brady, was superb. The training materials were excellent and well organized. We learned a ton of material in a very short time.
Cons
The whole thing seemed very poorly organized. On the one hand there was constant talk about rules and consequences. The blinds on the exterior windows stay shut 99% of the time as if it were a CIA operation or a meth lab. A substantial amount of time was spent just sitting and waiting for something to begin. It's not surprising that over half of our group quit before the training process was complete. For a company that's been in business as long as they have, it's shocking how few names you see on their board for having completed one full year with the company.
