Good benefits overshadowed by unstable leadership - Anonymous Pennrose Employee Review

3 Presidents in 10 years, just terminated the President and a VP who had been with the company over 25 years and over the the last 6 months terminated 2 other long term executives. Histogram the company is changing the President every 5 years for at least 30-40 years. This is no longer a failure of the President position…..it’s a failure of owners and very high executive levels.
