      -remote work (also a con since no option of having an office if needed, company subleased the office to save money)

      Cons

      -no room for career growth -product is average at best -lay offs all the time -downward trajectory, feels like a slow death

      Inspiring sales pitch. Impressive commitment to DIBs on marketing landing page. Incredible team of employees. Beautiful headquarters.

      Complete lack of strategy. Lack of senior leadership alignment. Superficial, unsustainable benefits. Mismanaged budgets. Embarrassing approach to multiple rounds of layoffs. Completely disappointing.
