Cons
As with any large public company, strict policies and procedures are in place to protect the company and its shareholders from avoidable loss. Reporting and accountability measures are also more acute than most, smaller, independent businesses in the Automotive Retail field. People who start in the industry with PAG, or who transition from another well-run public company, typically enjoy the highly structured environment, however some who transition from more loosely run independent businesses find these expectations difficult to adjust to, especially those in management roles.
