Used to have many Pros until senior management all quit, then it just kept declining.

Pay is way below the workload. Training happens but you better catch on or you will get written up. If you use all of your PTO or go one leave for surgery or an illness, you will be targeted. If you have small children they do not want you to leave work if they are sick. There is zero empathy by any management. Promises of hiring more people but then told corporate has a hiring freeze. People quit very frequently and the work just keeps piling up, but no overtime. They keep toxic people employed that cause other good people to quit. People would start working and in a few months they were gone. If you love anxiety and depression, work here.
