Pros
-If your a younger mechanic you can be the laziest person ever that doesn't have to do everything asked of you. And the paid time off Is pretty good. -Relocation is easy because there's so many locations.
Cons
-If you're not a mechanic your job will be hard and always be negatively affected by how terrible most of the younger mechanics are. at any given time there's 70+ trucks sitting there. Then you'll walk in the shop and there's just group huddles and nothing being done, except for 1 or 2 of the older guys working non stop to make up for work.
