      Culture of long hours, 50 hours week is the minimum. Many managers work 70+. Everyone looks burnt out, overweight, drinks too much.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
