      Excellent training and you'll learn a lot about logistics/transportation. Good team of workers who are willing to work hard

      Cons

      At times your days can be long and you're a salary employee so you don't get paid overtime. Also you are NEVER allowed to have a friendly conversation during work hours...even if it isn't busy!

      Cons

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
