      It's fun, and the people have been amazing to work with. There are opportunities to advance if you put in the work.

      Cons

      The hours are long and they pay is usually low. There's a lot of commission based positions which could be nice depending on the person, but don't pan out well for most.

      Each branch is ran differently meaning management may excel at one location, giving you more exposure for growth. While other locations it is more difficult to work out of and earn promotions.
