Pros
Longo Toyota has amazing benefits that make it worth while. From having on an site gym with a great trainer, to offering great discounts to having many choices to medicals benefits, the discounts make it worth while. There is a lot of potential to grow here. The CEO and president really care about every team member. They know everyone on a first name basis, which speaks volumes in my opinion.
Cons
A few challenges the company has is focusing more on waste management. If the company wants to remain profitable they should look at every process with the focus on waste reduction rather than layering processes on top to patch issues. Teamwork is another opportunity here. Departments work against each other to make more money which can drive cost up and build silos.
