Pros

They hire people with no previous experience

Cons

The company is owned and operated by 5 partners. They have no respect for their employees. All they care about is making money. Most of them don't even bother to ever show up to the office. Salaries are horrible- barely a living wage for the work you do. Many employees have second jobs. No 401k match, horrible benefits No HR- employees need to go to the president of the company with any HR related problems. This is extremely awkward and uncomfortable. No work/life balance - no vacation time for the first year, 3 sick days and no flex time available No consistency- people who were with the previous company before it was bought by PentaVision are consider "legacy". These people have a different set of rules than people hired under PentaVision. They get a significant amount more paid time off and can work from home. For the people hired under PentaVision the rules are a guessing game. One day you are told you can't do something by the president via a vague email and then the next day you will notice people get "special permission" to do what they want. The company handbook is a joke- you can't believe anything in it since everyone has different rules depending on who you work for or what department you are in.

Pros

Great Culture with full time remote.

Cons

There really aren't any. Management are all actively involved in the day to day business and have an excellent understanding of the market.

Pros

7.5 hour days/37.5 hour work weeks. Colleagues work hard and are enjoyable to be around. 11 holidays is a plus. Pot luck days, organized and provided by employees, are a lot of fun.

Cons

Communication is considered an unimportant aspect to your team and company as a whole. Employees are left in the dark with how the company is doing and the direction they are moving in. 4 out of the 5 partners primarily work from home, leaving them clueless to the low morale in the office. When they are in the office they are disruptive and loud. Mocking employees at their own expense often occurs in meetings and in hallway chats. When issues are raised to them, their advice is to keep to yourself and sweep everything under the rug. No vacation your first year of employment. 3 sick days after initial introductory period. Sick time, time off and work from home policies are vastly different from legacy workers and non-legacy workers. Anyone hired under PentaVision has significant less time off and sick days.
