Pros
Some colleagues are genuinely lovely people and are driven to improve things. Pay is ok.
Cons
This isn’t a disgruntled employee but just someone telling it as it is. The office culture is dull and no one has any loyalty to the company or a sense of pride working for them. Little or no career progression for anyone in the six years I was there and a very poor social vibe. As a result, staff turnover is very high. The issue stems from the Leadership Team who have fallen into role without any high level experience and as a result they are amateur and really unfit to run a business. Absolutely no transparency about anything - the CEO hasn’t been around for over a year but they haven’t updated the business. There is virtually no staff diversity in the UK offices and there is no hybrid working even though the CFO works from home whenever they please. The people at the top are not visible and would not succeed elsewhere hence why they are here as they aren’t accountable to shareholders. Fundamentally this is not a place that focuses on staff.
