Pros

No pros other than hours. Hours were mandatory and no accommodations were met for time off unless you had PTO saved up which was taken out automatically for holidays. Doctor’s appt but have no hours? Not their problem, find your own time mentality. They don’t even allow doctor’s notes to be used to excuse an absence. HELLO we’re HUMAN!

Cons

Management was the absolute WORST. Sexual harassment? Yup. Management anger issues which ends up in yelling? Yup. Miscommunication on managements end and you get blamed for it? Yup. Manager made me and other employees cry? Yup. I could go on but don’t have THAT much time.

Pros

The front-line employees are dedicated and work hard in very hazardous conditions and low wages.

Cons

I have significant concerns regarding leadership effectiveness and organizational direction. At present, there appears to be a lack of a clear long-term vision and strategic planning. In the sales function, forecasting accuracy and accountability may need improvement to better support business growth. Additionally, facility conditions appear to fall below industry standards, raising concerns about employee safety and environmental responsibility. There are also perceived inconsistencies in how company policies—particularly related to quality, safety, and compliance—are applied and enforced across the organization. Furthermore, there are concerns regarding the effectiveness of the HR leadership function. There appears to be a gap in business understanding and employee engagement, which may be impacting their ability to effectively support the workforce and address employee needs with consistency and professionalism. Addressing these areas could help improve employee confidence, operational performance, and overall organizational health.
