Squeeze ur health and mental No training just start to work no matter the company system or job related Need your staff to perform tasks without proper resources, when something happen on customer site will push u to answer

Flexible hours. Got staff discount at Food Bayana.

Cons

Lack of overall benefits, unclear instructions on internal process, etc. Got some unstated rules. Submit claims for 2/3 months still havent get. OT rate low.

Colleagues are really nice and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Cons

Management is bad. It's a revolving door. Big project but lack of time.and when u join, u take over other people's mess which becomes you're mess. If u got an opportunity to join bu5, please do urself a favor and run for the hills.
