Deadlines can be a bit tight sometimes, which adds pressure, especially when tasks shift suddenly. Also, communication between teams could be better — it would help if priorities were clearer upfront.

Management is open to new ideas and encourages the adoption of modern technologies. The company also has well-defined processes that provide a solid foundation for delivering projects.

While good processes exist, there is an opportunity to encourage more consistent adherence across teams. The technical hiring assessment could benefit from periodic updates to better reflect current technologies and practical engineering skills. Strengthening technical leadership and increasing the number of experienced engineering leads would also help support team growth.
