I have worked here now for 10 months and I remember checking glass door before my interview and seeing the two positive reviews. For some reason I checked again today and saw the 1 star review so I feel I should post my own experience. The benefits package is great, the people that work here are great. It does try hard to keep people informed on its plans and performance and has a lot of initiatives to contribute to employee mental health and the local community. It has a great early careers program and has just announced a flexible working policy. I honestly am glad I work here and feel part of a team that is trying to achieve something worthwhile.

It’s a smaller company so it needs you to be a proactive / productive employee. If you are expecting to sit back and do the minimum, look for a larger enterprise.
