Some work tasks can be too manuel.

Well designed job descriptions. Opportunities and culture was good stimulants for the employees. Office (the HQ) was comfy and peaceful.

Location was not centric enough when considerind the number of employees inside. It was a well coordinated corporation so I don't have another con to give.
